Your delivery address cannot be changed after payment has been made.

Return policy
WNP international is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any broken or faulty products you receive, simply contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If a product is found to be defective, please contact us as soon as you are made aware of the problem within 14 days after you received the products via “Contact us” page of this website.  A repair, replacement, or refund will be organised and will generally occur after consulting with the manufacturer or supplier.
Before returning, please contact us immediately, so that our customer service team will gladly contact you for further arrangement upon your request.
Postage fee for the returning is buyer’s responsibility.
In case of any defectives found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason of return.
Any repairs that may need to be carried out will be done by the contracted service agent by WNP International. If a repair cannot be made, then WNP International will endeavour to have the item replaced or a refund if eligible.
In a case of return, 30% of your purchased price will be applied as a restocking fee.

Change-of-mind or incorrect choice
For any purchases where a change-of-mind occurs or the customer has chosen an incorrect item, we do not accept any request of return, replacement and refund.
In a case of return for the un-opened product, 30% of your purchased price will be applied as a restocking fee.

Fitment or Assembly of Goods
For goods that require fitment or assembly, our return policy cannot extend beyond the value/cost of the item ordered. This is in large part because the performance of these items is dependent on correct fitment, assembly, and operation.
This washing machine should be installed by a qualified plumber/electrician.
Where you get your caravan service should be able to install the washing machine as well.
