Drop-stitch construction
AirBox has invested continuous research towards improving inflatable products. The history of drop-stitch construction technology goes back to 1950s, and AirBox was the first to introduce a consumer product in 2007. Since then, drop-stitch construction has become widely adopted, especially among camping mats and water lesiure products.
Stable and Durable
Drop-stitch is made with thousands of polyester stitches, known as "space yarn", that holds the fabrics together. It improves the resistance against bending, leaning and tiliting, giving drop-stitch products its unique stability and rigidity and durability. This allowed AirBox to expand the product base to what was previously considered "unthinkable" in the realm of inflatable products.

- TPU, the Next Groundbreaking Step
- With increasing concern to consumer and environmental safety, AirBox has chose to use TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) as the main material. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) which is used by most inflatables, are cheap and has simple manufacturing process. However, PVC contains substances like heavy metals and BPA that are harmful to both the user and the environment. TPU on the otherhand, is expensive, requires difficult process, but does not contain harmful substances. In fact, AirBox has requested world-reknown testing institutes to test the TPU used by AirBox on over 180 harmful substances and the reslt is ZERO containment of all of the substances, and fully compliant to Europe regulations EC No 1907/2006.

Return policy
WNP international is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any broken or faulty products you receive, simply contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If a product is found to be defective, please contact us as soon as you are made aware of the problem within 14 days after you received the products via “Contact us” page of this website. A repair, replacement, or refund will be organised and will generally occur after consulting with the manufacturer or supplier.
Before returning, please contact us immediately, so that Our customer service team will gladly contact you for further arrangement upon your request.
Postage fee for the returning is buyer’s responsibility.
In case of any defectives found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason of return.
Any repairs that may need to be carried out will be done by the manufacturer, not by WNP International. If a repair cannot be made, then WNP International will endeavour to have the item replaced or a refund if eligible. \nIn a case of return, 30% of restocking fee will be applied.
Change-of-mind or incorrect choice
For any purchases where a change-of-mind occurs or the customer has chosen an incorrect item, we do not accept any request of return, replacement and refund.
